Mindful Kids Club
is here to support families on fostering and nurturing a compassionate, kind and open heart.
On the mission to soothe the world through mindful play.
We are here to highlight the importance of mental health in our kids and us as role models.
Our games and tools used in our playtime can be utilized throughout life.
It’s a group effort
Our sacred quest is to connect with communities and families who know that their child’s education extends far beyond the classroom, and support an approach to learning that extends into homes, families, communities, and the world.
Through sharing ancestral wisdom, we support and develop the Good Heart and the potential of all beings, while sharing in a community of care, love and respect.
We can transform humanity and create a happier, more compassionate world through education.
Why mindfulness?
Emotional Regulation:
Mindfulness helps children recognize and manage their emotions, reducing impulsive reactions to stress or frustration.
Stress Reduction:
We teach techniques to provide children with tools to cope with stress and anxiety in a healthy way.
Enhanced Concentration:
These practices can boost attention and focus, which can be especially helpful in a school setting and for the rest of their lives.
Increased Self-Awareness: Kids become more in tune with their thoughts and feelings, to understand themselves and self-acceptance.
Cultivating Love for Nature:
Environmental Awareness.
Better Social Skills: Mindfulness can improve interpersonal relationships by promoting empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution.
Mindfulness of joy:
Rejoicing in the present.

Hi! I’m the founder!
~ Caro
I’m a BIPOC mom with 15 years + of experience of working with kids. I bring mindful play and games to help regulate their nervous system and give them the tools that they need in life.
My passion lies in fostering a deep connection with the natural world, believing it to be the greatest teacher of all. Drawing from my diverse background as a psychology student, Buddhist practitioner, meditation instructor, and advocate of indigenous wisdom, my philosophy is a rich tapestry of eclectic teachings. I find solace and inspiration in the ancient ways of my ancestors, weaving their teachings into the fabric of my life's work. I thank all my teachers, everywhere.
